Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Bridal consultations are by appointment only so we can give you our full attention. 💍 Shopping for prom or formal gowns? Walk right in — no appointment needed! 💃
Why do Brides need an appointment?
We’re all about giving you our full attention — that’s why our Bridal Stylist works with one bride at a time. We’ll let you browse our full collection — and we’ll be right there to help you find those perfect pieces that bring your dream look to life! Book an appointment, and we’ll pull out all the perfect pieces to complete your dream-day look.
Are children welcome into the boutique?
We love kids (we have our own!), but bridal appointments are best enjoyed without little ones in tow. To keep the focus on you — and to help everyone relax — we ask that children under 12 stay with a sitter so you can fully enjoy your special “me” time.
Can I just stop by to check out the dresses?
You’re welcome to browse our sales floor anytime! But to try Bridal gowns on, we recommend booking an appointment — our scheduled Bridal appointments get first priority. We’ll do our best to fit you in if we can, and remember, gowns look so much more magical when you try them on!
What happens in an appointment?
Whether it’s for your wedding, prom, or another special occasion, your stylist will chat with you about your vision — your style, the vibe you’re going for, and what makes your day unique. Then we’ll pull looks that fit you perfectly. It’s all about making you feel amazing!
How should I prepare for my appointment?
No rules — just a little inspiration! Think about your wedding: the season, the setting, and the vibe you want. Bring along photos or ideas of styles you love so we can get a feel for your look. And don’t forget the right undergarments — they’ll help you really envision how your dream gown will look on your big day! 💕
How many people can I bring to my appointment?
Bring your closest crew! Our boutique is cozy and intimate, so we ask that you bring only 3–4 guests with you. It keeps the space comfortable and makes your appointment all about you! 💕

Can you special order gowns?
No — we do not special order gowns. Each piece in our collection is hand-selected, from both new and consigned styles, making every gown truly one of a kind. With over 800 bridal and formal gowns in sizes 00 and up, you’re sure to find something beautiful and uniquely you. ✨

We’ve got gowns to fit every budget — from lovely pre-loved dresses to brand-new beauties fresh off the rack. Plus, we make it easy to say “yes” with 6 months of interest-free layaway!
What if I don’t find a gown in your store?
If you don’t find the one in our store, don’t worry — we’ll happily share suggestions on where you might find it! And remember, you can always bring in your previously loved gown to sell on consignment and earn a little extra cash while helping another bride say “yes” to the dress. 💕
Payments, layaway, holds, and remorse
Can I make payments on my gown?
Absolutely! We offer 6 months of interest-free layaway with just 20% down. With easy, affordable monthly payments, every bride can say “yes” to the gown of her dreams — without the stress! 💕
Can you hold a dress for me?
We wish we could, but since some customers need a dress right away, we’re not able to offer holds. However, we do offer a 6 month interest-free layaway with 20% down — just ask your stylist for details! 💕
What if I have bridal gown remorse?
It happens! Choosing the dress is a big deal, and sometimes doubts sneak in. Take a deep breath — it’s totally normal. If you’re unsure, reach out to us! We’ll talk it through, revisit your options, and help you feel confident and excited about your choice again. You’re never alone in this — we’ve got you! 💕
Consignment, selling, and sustainability
I bought a gown that didn’t work out — do you buy gowns?
We sure do! We accept select gowns on consignment. If your dress is in great condition even if it’s a few years old, bring it in and let’s chat! It’s a great way to give your gown a second chance to shine and earn a little extra cash. ✨

Alterations
Do you do alterations?
We don’t offer alterations in-store, but we’re happy to refer you to a few talented seamstresses we know and trust! 💕
Alteration costs vary based on the work and time needed to make your gown fit perfectly. Prices aren’t included in the gown purchase and are usually determined at your fitting.
Why do alterations cost so much?
It might seem like a small fix — like hemming a gown — but wedding dresses are complex! Layers, fabrics, and detailed construction can make even simple changes time-consuming. Skilled seamstresses put a lot of care into every stitch to make your gown fit perfectly. Don’t be afraid to ask about the process — they’ll be happy to explain! 💕
